My Windows 7 PC does not recognize my phone when I connect it by USB. I have tried following directions on the Verizon Help page but nothing works. Can anyone help?
Have you pulled down the notification shade and changed the USB mode to File Transfer?

One way I personally recommend is using the developmenter mode way. Make sure your plugged into yoir computer.
1. Open settings
2. Open about phone
3. Touch on Build Number 5 (yes five times) and will open the development options.
4. Go back to settings scroll down to development options and touch it.
5. Scroll down to USB configuration and touch it
Then touch "MTP (Media Transfer Protocol)
6. It should then set up things up.
7. Then after 10 seconds or so click on file explorer. Youll see your phone model on the left click that and it will show you tje internal drive and if you have a sdcard.
