When the last auto update posted to my phone I was unable to download my videos to my pc. Is there a fix out there for it?

Have you checked the normal stuff, SETTINGS | USB SETTINGS | set it as MASS STORAGE?
How long are you waiting to determine that it is not working? Mine would take upwards of 2 minutes or so to connect to my PC. Have you tried another USB port on your computer?
