Since the update, I am either "roaming" or have 1X service. Only have 3G or 4G right after I restart my phone. That is also the only time I can send/receive texts. I can no longer make or receive phone calls, either.
I have used to install repair program verizon had me download. It did not fix any of my problems. It's almost like my phone has been reconfigured for a different network. No one else in my family updated and no one else is having these problems. Even my 2 kids who have the exact same phone as me are not having issues with texting or calling.
