i am have the same problem i have have decided to try and talk to Google to fix the dumb issue here it the page link below
...note... when i am at two bars or below the 4G LTE service is crap i use to be able to use the data/internet at two bars and below don't you think if you see 4g logo it would work and if 4g is bad it would switch to 3G plus i am in great coverage area this is getting dumb come on Verizon / Samsung you guys are make $$$$$$$ at least help the customer out.... plz i think they should test these phone in the mountains and in poor areas to get the optimum performance out of the phone don't just test the phone in heavy populated areas like NEW YORK / LA
