I switched from Spring S5 to Verizon S5 a month ago and ever since I have had troubles with my contacts not receiving my picture mail and screen shots even though my phone said it was sent to the contact. How can this be fixed?! Thanks
I'm sorry you're having issues with your phone and the picture functionality. How long have you had this issue. Does your phone have the latest software? Have you tried a hard reset? ARe you using a 3rd party messaging app?
