Convex of S7 photos

The *main* reason I have stuck with the Galaxy series over the years is the quality of the camera. While overall results on the S7 have been great, horizon convex is simply unacceptable. Here's an example:

This curvature is not limited to the Samsung camera app (I've also tried Google Camera & HD Camera Pro)

This issue has been acknowledged by Samsung and a patch was issued, but apparently not in the latest Verizon update (G930VVRU2APD2) that I have received. Does Verizon have any plans to address this?

verizon won't but samsung may if they think there's a need.
