Copy of Text messages

I saw some previous posts but not sure i got my answer. I need a copy of text messages from a particular number to mine for small claims court. How do I get these? It was from November 2014-February 2015. My phone that had the messages was stolen. I will need to subpoena I believe in order to get them. Is this correct?

I believe so. We're you using message+? If so you can reload them on any device.

We want to make sure to bring out all of the ideas to produce these texts, rabba10. Another service that backs up messages is Verizon Cloud. Did you have Verizon Cloud set up on this phone that was stolen?
