It seems to me that the stores are staffed by salespeople on commission who have no interest in customer service. They used to have customer service in the stores as well.
I certainly agree with you on that. They're happy to sell me anything but when I ask my local people a question, all I get is "hmmm.... I don't know"
You are 100 percent correct. The store in Decatur, IL. is useless. Had better luck buying at Best Buy
