It's been several days now with my Galaxy S7 edge' so cracked screen and I can't seem to have Verizon I'd Asurion insurance offer me any help. 759 dollars for a phone. Insurance and high monthly payment and no relief. Getting good very upset may switch carriers

You have to file a claim with your insurance and pay the deductible. A cracked screen voids the warranty that Verizon would facilitate.

We definitely understand how a cracked phone would be upsetting. May we ask if you have reached out to the insurance department in order to replace the device?
