Hello. I have a brand new Samsung Galaxy S4 and receive the following message when trying to access the internet. "The server can't be found, because the DNS lookup failed." Does not seem to be related to certain websites, as I can't pull up anything. Please advise. Have restored settings to factory default and cleared all history/cookies. Did I get a bad phone? Thanks.

ANB,
Sorry to hear of your troubles. The error code that you are getting. Does this only happen when you are on a particular wifi network. Or does it happen when you are on the 4G LTE service? Did this just start or has it always been an issue?
Thank you,

Berdock,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this error message as well. This only occurs when you are on 4G service? Have you restarted your device and tested? I would also text the phone in safe mode; http://vz.to/1l9iig4 .
Let us know the results!
