Data Stealing

I had 2.48 GB data at start of new cycle. One day later, 1.4 GB disappeared. 2nd time in a row data disappeared for no reason. Updates over wi-fi only, no streaming of vids/music, no uploading. VZ is either stealing data or data use monitoring/tracking is inaccurate. After 10+ years with Verizon, I'm fed up. Looks like I'll have to elsewhere.

if you're connected to a weak wi-fi signal, whatever you're doing is over the network.

thinking you're on wi-fi & actually being connected to wi-fi are different!!!

Yep. Just found this out. I was told when I'm on WiFi I have to turn my data off even if I do NOT have WiFi assist on. Funny why they don't tell you that until you ask... And I find it ridiculous that I have to turn my data on and off every time I leave and come back home.
