How do I disable Talk Back on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4?
Double tap items to select and open them and use two fingers to scroll down through the menu.
You will need to navigate to the Accessibility settings under the Phone Settings to disable the Talk Back option. Use the methods mentioned above to navigate there.
