I recently switched my phone from the iPhone 4s to the iPhone 5s. After I purchased it I thought I was completely bored since the 4s was not the only iPhone I have had. I took it back within verizon's 14 day return policy and got the new samsung galaxy s4 and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. I now only have the phone for 6 months due to the new contract deal, however I am so frustrated everyday that I have it. I am an extreme apple fan and I have no idea why I changed. With this samsung, I am having trouble receiving texts from iPhone users and I have done everything I can to fix it, as well as not liking the features on the phone. And, not to mention it is quite big for me. Since I already exchanged it Im only allowed 1 exchange. Is there anything verizon can do so I can happily get rid of this phone to get the iPhone 5s and not have to pay full retail price for the phone? Any ideas/thoughts??????
