Disney+ Promotion

I was suppose to get disney+ free for a year from verizon's promotion with any unlimited plan. I activated the offer and had disney+ for 5 days before receiving an email saying "per your request we have removed disney+" At this point I'm confused. So I made contact with disney+ and they said everything on their end is fine and that the error is due to verizon. I chatted with reps and they proceed to tell me that I had canceled my disney+ and I proceed to tell them I didn't. They transfer me to tech support and they admitted it was a system error and that they would fix it as soon as they can. Ok I left it at that. Then I find out that the tech support enrolled me in the disney+ bundle without my knowledge and I'm being charged for it. I immediately chat up customer service and they had to fix it. I proceed to let them know that I did not cancel disney and would like them to reinstate my promotion since it was a system error on their part. Needless to say this issue is still not resolved and I've talked to reps at the Verizon store, chatted up more reps and even called. Nobody seems to be able to reinstate my promotion that was promised to me. Has this happened to anybody and what did you do to get it back?

They just cancelled mine too and said my promotion is done when in fact it is not.  When I activated it it was for a year and now they are telling me it was for only six months.  They refuse to reinstate it no matter what.  Not to mention I still technically didn't get six months either because they cancelled it early.  I always write the cancel by date on my calendar so I can cancel in time (If I choose to) before being charged.  I never authorized anyone to cancel any promotions for me.  Now they are trying to get me to upgrade like it's no big deal and that I would be "saving" money with their litter bundle deal.  I wouldn't be saving anything since I only paid $12 for Hulu for a year.  Starting to think those that flop back and forth all over between companies are right because this being loyal to one company gets you nothing in the long run.  And this isn't even the first time I've caught Verizon doing unethical things with my account over the years.
