I just got a new Galaxy 20 Ultra 5G and simply installed the SIM from my previous phone, Note 9. The network just shows LTE speed.
Usually for a new 5G device we recommend using the SIM card that came with the device. Do you know if a SIM card came with your new phone? - NicholasS_VZW
