Does the Note 5 support Q1 charging?
If you mean Qi charging, then yes. The Note 5 comes prewired to work with a wireless charger. I purchased the Tylt charger and oddly enough, it works best with my TUP case on the phone. I have problems getting it to charge naked. I have read several posts from various people with issues using a charging pad. I personally love the thing and it works flawlessly (as long as my case is on.) My recommendation would be that, if you choose to purchase a charging pad, you purchase it from somewhere to which you can easily take it back. Just in case.

It supports both Qi and PMA just like the S6.
