II have been a droid fan since the beginning because of the software issues with running apple devices in a typical business environment working with PC's. If I can't get my emails and calendar then it's more useless than an apple, I might as well throw it in the trash and buy an apple and manage the software issues at least I can then work remotely without my laptop.

I'm sorry you're having issues with your device after the update boomer1961. Have you tried to delete and readd the corporate email account?

Yes, I even went so far as a factory reset. The 5.1 does not work with MS Outlook Exchange, it's all over your forums and discussion boards. Unfortunately it leaves a business person with only two options unlock the phone and revert back to 4.1 or go to Apple. It's sad to see the short sightedness of the OS engineers in failing to keep a fully functional operating system.

Hi Boomer1961,
Software updates should enhance the device! Sorry to hear that this did not happen. We know its important to have a device that meets your work/device needs. Lets get this resolved. Walk me through what is not working on your MS Outlook Exchange acocunt. Do you receive any error messages? What version of MS Exchange are you using?
Thanks,

We have ten droid turbo's for work and all ten have the same problem. Our IT guy states Verizon is aware of the problem but so far no fix. I have tried the repair assistant, deleting and reinstalling. It worked for a short time and the problem I have is in the settings. When setting the incoming setting, under security type if you enter none, exchange will work (for a short time), however for some reason it will not keep that setting on the phone, it keeps switching to SSL/TLS and wipes out exchange email and calendar. I am so frustrated by this piece of garbage and the lack of support from Verizon that I am ready to return it by throwing it through the store window and then ask it be replaced due to damage! We were initially told that we could swap out this model for another and Verizon has since denied it. You have a lot of angry customers who cannot use this phone for work purposes. We are ready to switch carriers no matter the cost to get a phone that will work!. If you do reply, it better be with a solution to tis major problem.
