Dropped calls and no service 75% of the time

Hello everyone! Over the past month or so I have been dropping calls like crazy in places that never dropped calls before. I also do not get cell service when I am in a medical office building(which is where i work) so that is also very aggravating. If anyone has any tips please help. I'm contemplating switching services b/c I don't have service 75% of the time Thanks for your help in advance:)

Most likely nothing..do other providers work in the building? Maybe they have a repeater installed..did it work before, how long..new phone ?

That is one dropped call too many ifliehman! I would like to ease your aggravation. When did this start? Does this issue happen only indoors? How is it outside of the Medical office? What is your zip code and which device do you have? I am here to help!

It happens outside the medical building as well when I am in my hometown. My zip code is 47025, I live in Bright,IN and I have no service from Whites Hill all the way to New Trenton. I have a Samsung Galaxy 3. thanks so much I really hope you can help!
