Since the lastest update I haven't been able to use the Edge Screen on m S6 Edge. If I restart my phone it will work once and that is it. How can I fix this??
Roqui44 - I can see you like the Edge Screen feature just like me. Let's get it working again, for you to enjoy. Can you please clarify a bit more. Are there items in the Edge screen that disappear later? Or is it not responding to touch? Please go to Settings>Edge Screen>Edge screen position. Ok, so I can see it but just doesn't respond after for the first time from restarting. So I can see it just can't swipe it open
My S6 Edge screen has also stopped working since the latest update this week. I can power the phone off and it will work for a few hours after it powers back on, but then will stop working until I power it off again. I had no issues until I installed the update this week. 12/16/15
We want your phone to work flawlessly. Have you installed any 3rd party apps after your software update that could be interfering with your phone? What have you tried so far to fix the problem?

No I haven't installed anything new since the update. The only thing I have done is restart a couple times
I came here because I have this same issue. Ever since the update the edge won't drag over like it's supposed to. It just drags to the next page of the screen. I can restart the phone and it will work for a little while but then stop again. I haven't downloaded anything since the update.
I'm having this issue too. I just got an S6 Edge a couple days ago so I thought maybe my phone was faulty but apparently this is a software issue.
I am still having the issue of the Edge Screen not working. I have to power off my phone at least 2 times per day for the Edge screen to function. Patiently waiting for a fix!
MPHOBX, we certainly want your phone's screen to work for you the way it should be. Since this issue started have you tried changing the settings for that feature of the phone? Have you installed anything before the update that didn't come with the smartphone? I have a Galaxy s6 edge plus that is a week old and received the update. The edge screen is working fine, but nothing has been installed to the s6 edge it's just the way it came out of the box.
I'd start the s6 edge in safe mode. That will disable 3rd party apps or software. If the edge screen is working OK in safe mode, that should indicate that an app may be conflicting, that wasn't pre-installed or came with the s6 edge.
