Email stopped working when switching mobile account. Was working great before changing over

What type of email?  Are all the settings identical to the old phone?

Outlook. I copied everything from the older phone. Removed it and tried again. It keeps saying unable to load server.

Cbarn5660 Thank you for the additional information. When you say you removed it are you referring to the email account? Also, can you access the email on a computer?
