Emails deleted off of server

I have my work email setup on my Samsung Fascinate. I have noticed that when i delete emails from my phone it deletes from my server as well. Is there any way to have the emails remain on the server even when i delete them from my phone? Usually there is an option to keep a copy on the server and i am unable to find that option. Please advise.

open your e-mail:

go to "Account Settings"

go to "Incoming server settings"

under "Delete email from server" use the drop down box and select "Never"

Unfortunately i cannot find the Delete email from server" use the drop down box and select "Never". When you select Imcoming it just shows the setup of the email not any options.
