I have looked on my Galaxy s9+ and found the emergency alerts in msgr, but I can not either turn it off or on, the section is shadowed, it is not the normal bright blue but a shaded blue and the on/off toddle doesn't work, why can it not be changed ? and don't tell me how to get to it in settings, I have found it but it will not work at all either on/or off, it is in the on position at the moment
