If you have Advanced Calling activated, you will not be able to use Ringback tones.

Go to Settings --> Advanced Calling, and check if it is turned on or off.

Then I would call customer service, 800-922-0204, choose option 4 for "Other", say "Agent " at the voice prompt - it should connect you to a live person within a few minutes, and hopefully they can resolve the issue.

Chas4024,
I want us to make sure theat we get this error code taken care of for you. I dont want this to keep going on. Can you tell me if you were able to turn of the Advance Calling feature on your phone? When was the last time you have seen the error? Has it stopped appearing?

I can see that becoming a pretty annoying error to see, Chas4024. Have you been trying to subscribe straight from the Verizon Tones application on your phone or by logging into www.vzw.com/rbt instead? SuzyQ was also onto something with the Advanced Calling feature, since you may have the feature on your account but have it turned off on your phone. To double check if it is an active feature, sign in to My Verizon www.vzw.com/signin then click Manage My Account and select Manage Products & Apps. In the Get Products tab at the top of the page you’ll be able to see and select HD Calling features to add or remove.
