I recently bought the samsung galaxy s6 in July and obviously it is past the 14 days. Is there anyway that I could exchange the phone for the iphone 6? I am very unhappy with samsung and would like to switch back to apple

We want you to be happy with your phone while you have it. I do apologize but you wouldn't be able to exchange your device since you are outside of the 14 days. Are you on our Device Payment Plan? You can always pay off the device and then purchase the iPhone 6 on a new payment plan. Nothing is wrong with my galaxy s6, I am just more familiar and comfortable with apple and was hoping I could've switched but I cannot. I am on your edge plan so I am not sure if that is the payment plan you are referring to.
