FM Radio App Nextradio No Longer Works on S10

I have enjoyed using Nextradio app for last 1-1/2 yrs for live local FM radio (NPR!) - wired ear buds act as an antenna so I can listen anywhere. Has not worked since last big update on phone in late January 2021. Nextradio app now says "FM Radio is Unavailable" - "...Next Radio doesn't have access to the FM radio receiver in your device. Let your wireless carrier know that you'd like to listen to free FM radio on your phone..."  I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, thinking it might have updated as well, but no luck.  Today a super nice VZ Tier 2 Tech Support guy helped me but it's not something he could "fix" - appears this combo (Samsung S10 & Nextradio) isn't supported anymore. Anyone know a work-around or do I need to buy myself a mini-FM radio with headphones?

Have you tried contacting the app developer?  You can usually find their contact info on the app page.  See a lot of complaints  on the app page about it not working anymore.

 Why??? It was working.  Now it is not.  Poor Form for Verizon Wireless.

Sometimes radio is not available via streaming, especially sports.

Lots of complaints on the developers store page and seems Samsung won't do anything either.
