I'm transferring my phone to someone else. How can I get her started with a fresh, new phone? Thanks!
Go into settings, look for Backup & Reset. Look for Factory Data Reset. Click on that. Follow the prompts. It will wipe the device back to its factory state. Make sure you have backed up your data on the phone before doing a factory reset.
