The agent at the Verizon store did a factory reset on my phone, My contacts, text messages and photos were restored from the cloud, but my notes did not get restored. Am I hosed?
drafish, thanks for reaching out. Do you recall if you were able to back those notes anywhere? I believe they would be lost if you did not. Screen capture the note and backing up the photo would be a great way to avoid this going forward.
