How do I do a factory reset on my Note 3?

Here are instructions for Factory Reset (aka Hard Reset) for the Note 3:  http://vz.to/1lVGuBS . Make sure you back up anything you need to save as this does completely erase the device. Mind if I ask the reason for the factory reset. Are you just looking to wipe the device or have you been having technical trouble?
