I hear your need for a faster charging speed. We know its important to have a device that is working properly. Lets get this fixed. When did the issue start? Are you using the manufacturer approved charger for this device? How long does it take the device to go from 0% charge to 100% charge?

Hello Pamela,It's been a long time since my phone's fast charger worked. The box is always shaded. Yes I use the charger that came with the phone and have even bought a new charger, didn't help. Usually I charge my phone overnite. It seems to take a long time, I can't even play a game while charging. Thanks for your help!!
