My galaxy s7 fingerprint reader stopped working after may verizon update.
Just go into your security settings and reset the fingerprint reader with a new fingerprint. I have two fingerprints registered, in case one doesn't work.
have you cleaned the area?? have you had lotion/grease on your finger??
you can do the above suggestion after you enter the pin, you should entered as a backup to the fingerprint..
We want to ensure your device is functioning properly. Are you able to access the device or is the back up password/pattern also not entering?
