I try to manually get the 2.2 update on my phone but it comes up "server unavailable". I call Verizon to see if they can help, they tell me to go down to my local verizon wireless store...so I do. I get down there and the representative is having an issue with the update. He goes and gets help, I than am told they cant get the update down at that store and that I have to wait for the update to be reached to me. Is this true?
