My GPS is terrible. I have Google Maps and Waze apps on my phone and they are almost useless because the GPS keeps dropping. When I fire up google maps and put in an address it finds it immediately but when I ask for directions it takes at least 10 mins to find my "Current Location". When it does find it and I am enroute it will say GPS lost about every 5-10 mins thus making the app useless. I NEED the GPS to work!!! I beleive I have optimized the settings. Anyone know what I can do to fix this!!!
what phone do you have? try pulling the battery or a soft reset if battery built in. also you can try force stopping/ clearing data in app manager for those apps. i use a garmin so i dont run into anything like that and it doesnt consume my battery or use data
