Since the jelly bean update I haven't been able to use my gps.. Always says "searching for GPS".. How do I get it fixed?
Updated to JB about 2 weeks ago, but I only started getting the searching notification today for the 1st time. I pulled down the notification screen and I turned off GPS. Turned it back on and the message hasn't reappeared. I opened GPS Test and checked and the GPS is working.
Reverend, let's get your GPS working. Make sure all three of your GPS settings are turned on in Settings, Location and reboot. Please also clear cache from your Maps application by going to Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, All, Maps, Clear data/cache.
