Galaxy S4 - Backup Sssistant Plus has lost network connection

I have been reading all of the posts regarding this problem that occurred after the update. I've read that Backup Assistant Plus was replaced with Cloud backup. What I can't figure out is how to follow the directions to stop the Backup Assistant Plus program from trying to backup. In a previous post someone offered this advice.  (My comments follow the directions)

Go to Settings -- More -- Application Manager -- All  (I got as far as Application Manager but there is no All selection, Only Downloaded and SD Card at the top)

Find Backup Assistant Plus and Clear Cache, Clear Data, and Force Stop.   (Backup Assistant is not in the list of programs that are shown.)

Do the same for Sync Service.  (Sync Service is not in the list of programs that are shown)

Can someone please assist me in finding these programs so I can disable them? The steps above that I followed didn't work.

larice,

We certainly want to make sure everything is set up the best way for you. You are following the right steps. We just need to get to the all option you couldn't find. At the top where you see downloaded and SD card you can actually scroll over to the right. You'll then have options for SD Card, running, and then all. Once we find all the rest of the steps you have are right.
