Galaxy S4 Bluetooth pairing

My Galaxy S4 will not pair with my 2013 Hyundai Veloster. They are supposedly compatible, yet I have not had a successful pairing. When I try to pair the phone to the car I get an error message " Unable communicate with FS-LG"
Any insight? Should I take my car to the dealership?

Where I live the Hyundai dealership would be more than happy to try and get it to connect. So I will assume your local dealer will do the same.

Some places will say it is not a car problem and may charge. It depends on the relationship you have with that dealer.
