I cannot seem to find the setting or option to select to allow me to carousel scroll (continuous scroll) through the home screen. Please help me to locate this option.
It isn't available in the TouchWiz UI. I just checked. You might be able to find it in any of the third party launchers available in the Play Store.
Am I misunderstanding the question? I have the Galaxy S4 and the Note II on other carriers and can scroll from one home screen to the other, continuously. I don't get to an end and have to go back in the other direction, like on stock Android on the Nexus 4. This is what I thought carousel homescreens were.

There is no carousel feature on a Verizon S4 homescreen and I'm not aware of any setting to change it.
That's my understanding too for was a carousel scroll was. It keeps going and going.
I don't seem to have it on a Galaxy S4 for VZW.
OK. One day I will learn that there are some mysterious differences between the devices on the different carriers. I thought that it wasn't as bad now as it was three years ago, when the Galaxy S variants were truly different across the carriers.
