Galaxy S4 Won't charge

I have a Galaxy S4 that keeps saying "To charge faster, pleaes use the original charge that came with the phone"  Hello, I am using the original charger that came with the phone.  I still have the same problem.  No lint in the port, no port damage.  I took it to the corporate store and we did a factory reset and still the same issue.  Please advise!!!!!

Have you tried using a different cable and different charger both?  The micro USB connector is particularly fragile and could be causing your problems.
