I have been having problems since yesterday with my phone not sending / receiving text messages at times. Is there a fix for this?

We want your services to be problem free! I know how important is to send/receive all your text messages. What zipcode is the issue occuring in? Is the issue happening indoors only? Do you receive any error message when sending/receiving?

75455. As for messages, it either just sets there and spins or it doesn't do anything and eventually I will get a message saying that messenger has stopped. I, also, have friends that have shown me on their phones where they sent me a message but I never received it. I am using the messaging app that was on the phone from the factory.

I'm sorry you're having messaging issues Taz21. Do you have the issues inside or outside? Have you had any software updates recently?I also recommend safe mode so that you can check if any applications are causing issues with your text message. I recommend adding them back one at a time while testing the text messaging. Keep us posted.

I am having these same issues as well. It is as if the messages are 'spinning' or pending the message being sent?

Let's get to the bottom of this messaging issue oliveheads! What's your ZIP code? Is the issue happening indoors only? Do you receive any error message when sending/receiving? What messaging application are you using?

Taz21, we want to keep you connected via text message to your friends. Try deleting all unwanted text messages on your device and power it off/on to soft reset. I tried that and I'm still having issues. My daughter just showed me where she sent me 5 messages in a 30 minute period. When I checked my phone it displayed a message that said Messages had stopped. I restarted it but still haven't received the messages from her. I was able to send a message to someone else but it took 3 minutes to send it.
