This morning I noticed that my S4 had no service. Then I noticed that it was reporting that the SIM card was not from Verizon. I have rebooted the phone but there is no difference. The phone was working fine earlier this morning. What should I do?
Take it into a Verizon corporate store and have them replace your SIM card for free.
I suppose in the mean time you can remove the sim card for a minute, reinstall and see if that helps, but if it keeps happening then get a new one.
