Galaxy S4 update 10/17/13 did not fix wifi toggle

So I did the new update which supposedly fixes the wifi toggle on my Galaxy S4 and no luck.

Spoke with multiple other VZW customers and their annoyance is still there after the update as well.

This is the scrolling toggle bar across the top of the drop down window and the "WiFi" option not being there.

Strange enough, my work phone is also an S4, and that was fixed by the update.

Anyone else having this problem?  Really don't want to default my phone to fix this.

It is my understanding you have to do a factory reset after the update to get the WiFi toggle to appear on the notification bar. In fact the wifi toggle was fixed a few months ago by a previous update, regardless a factory reset is still required.

Since I didn't want to reset my phone either for the WiFi toggle after the upgrade, I downloaded the Widgetsoid app and used it to put a wifi toggle in my notifications pull down menu.
