Galaxy S4 won't make or receive calls?

So I switched to an old iPhone 4 because my screen broke, then got a replacement S4 and when I went to switch devices I suddenly couldn't have outgoing or incoming calls. I can text and use my data, and do everything except calls. Anyone else have this problem? I've tried everything I can possibly think of and nothing has worked. HELP!

turn your wifi off if it is on, then restart the phone and give it a minute. if that doesnt work call custoemr service

jetxten, Wait a minute! I want to make sure that you are getting the best out of your phone. When you try to dial out do you get any kind of errors? Or when some one tries to call you does it go straight to your Voicemail? Please provide me with some details.

When I try to make any call I get a pop-up that says mobile network not

available. Yes when someone tries to call me it hours straight to

voicemail.

Have you tried resetting your SIM card?

Yup, even received got a new SIM card from Verizon and still doesn't work
