I agree with Bear and Would check in your settings and with sources MiiHere and make sure your Battery is Fully Charged you have a Good Signal and update all your apps following the update if you should so proceed..
Meh. I'm not that OCD about my OS updates. Worse case I'll factory reset. Did it with 14% battery and it went just fine. Just updating all my apps.
