Galaxy S5 screen problem

the screen on my s5 went black. Tried all the suggested remedies , nothing has worked. No damage to device at all, it's only three months old. Went black answering a call. I can hear it functioning and the message light is on. No screen though. Tried removing battery , SIM card etc while holding down power button etc. any other ideas?

Oh man! That's definitely a bummer, but we want to make sure you have a fully functional and reliable device. Those are definitely some good steps to take and we appreciate your doing so.
