Galaxy S5

I have a Galaxy S5 that has been replaced over 6 times over a years course, 3 of which were prior to my warranty being up. After being reassured that I would be taken care of with my device in the sense of receiving a replacement for the S5 I was told that I am no longer eligible to get a replacement which is beyond absurd. Each device I have received has had the same continuous issue, the issue being that the person on the other end can not hear me because I sound like i'm in a tunnel. I have two questions, one being does anyone have any help in resolving this issue? Secondly is verizon liable to act on helping me resolve this issue? They have offered me to either upgrade to the edge plan or take another persons upgrade on my account, neither of which I will do.

No, you are not entitled to free equipment replacements when the warranty is expired. In addition to the options that you listed that were provided to you, you could also pay full retail for a device, activate a different device you receive elsewhere, or contact Samsung to use their repair process at your expense. I can guarantee you though, if you are experiencing that same issue on 6 devices it's definitely not a device issue. If the tunnel sound is only occurring in a specific area/areas then it could be a network issue however. If it is occurring everywhere then it could be a setting/app on the phone, or an issue with a phone case/cover.
