Help! I am beyond frustrated and need assistance. If my phone looses mobile data, I have to reboot the device to get it to reconnect again. The signal indicator will show service, 3g, 4g, etc but the up an down arrows that signal connectivity are gone.
Things I have done:
1. SIM Card
2. Confirmed smart network switch is enabled, all mobile data etc settings are correct.
3. Safe mode restart
4. Cleared Cache
5. Factory Reset
6. Was sent a replacement phone from Tech Support and that phone did it worse than the original so sent that one back.
I loose connection multiple times a day and having to reboot my phone while my daughters little droid mini has perfect connection is frustrating!
I'm tired of paying for a phone that I cannot use! This impacts my phone as well as my partner who also has the S6, however the other phones on the contract seem to be doing just fine. HELP.
