Galaxy S6 reboots and/or gets stuck in boot loop

This is a stock phone.  Have had it since the release date.  Verizon did a ota update I believe early December and ever since

I have had this issue.  Phone randomly reboots.  It will usually get stuck in a boot loop or sometimes freeze within

the boot process.

Here is what I have done-all been tried numerous times before and after a factory reset:

Cleared cache within android restore boot screen.

Used Verizon repair software utility-always says successful.

Factory data reset-from within the settings menu, and from the android restore boot screen.

Have done a factory reset and then not signed in or downloaded anything.  Leave phone alone and will still do the rebooting.

My last resort was downloading firmware and flashing factory firmware in ODEN.  It was successful but did not work either.  Used exact same version

as listed on the phone.  Version number G920VVRU4BOK7.  After this used Verizon repair again, successful but still reboots...

When phone does actually boot up, usually only works for 5-10 minutes before next reboot.  Battery is full, life is normal.

My next step is a hammer....

Any ideas greatly appreciated...

This definitely sounds very frustrating, Andy44. It sounds like you've covered just about every troubleshooting step. One thing you can try is running the phone in Safe Mode. I know factory resetting the device should have covered this, but it can lead us to the root cause. If this issue persists, please reach out again. Also, have you contacted us and had us run a diagnostic?

Prior to the factory reset, I did try running in safe mode and the phone still had rebooting issues.  I have not tried this after all the trouble shooting-I will put in safe mode now and see how that goes.

How exactly do I contact you guys to run a diagnostic?

Thank you-

Thanks for replying-been waiting to see if I fixed the phone.  No, I have never rooted the phone prior to all the

trouble with the reboots.  After I talked with you I ended up doing another factory reset and then reloaded all accounts and back-up info, during which the phone rebooted/froze numerous times.  I did not download any previously installed apps from the app store.  From there I started deleting and disabling all preloaded software that I do not use...since then I have had no problems.  Looks like one of the bloatware you guys downloaded to my phone with the last update was the culprit!  Thanks again for you help,

-Andy
