Galaxy S7 closing/restarting apps

Hi,

My 2 week old Galaxy S7 keeps restarting/closing apps. It happens quite frequently when using Snapchat, Clash Royale, and web-browsing.

I've tried clearing the cache. I've tried closing all apps and only using Clash Royale, but my phone will still close the app in the middle of the game without warning. I want to say it has something to do with the phone not being able to process, and the app crashes. This never occured with my S6.

Any insight is welcome.

Wonwon, that definitely does not sound normal. This phone should be running nice and smooth for you. Does this only happen when you use a specific app? Are you getting a warning or error message?

Thanks for checking in.

There is no error message. The apps will close and take me to the home screen, or the apps will restart.

So far it has happened with Chrome, Clash Royale, Clash of Clans, Snapchat and YouTube.

Since my original post, I did a factory reset. I initially saw the same behavior but as of now it hasn't happened.

I will post on this thread if the issue comes up again.
