My mms is not working at all, cant group chat nor can I send or recieve pic. I try doing a hard reset, which did work but only for a few hrs. I can also get it to work temporarily by removing the sim card and reinserting it. I even went to verizon store to get my sim card replace, samething. Im using a galaxy nexus, everything was working fine a week days ago.

Are you pulling off the Network or Wi-Fi ? sending Pictures for instance you have to pull from the Network.!

nope, doesn't work, same with gosms and all the other app I tried. The weird part is, if I do a factory reset it will work again instantly, until few hrs later, same with reinserting the sim card... Coud it be my phone? I dropped my phone a lot.

Yep try putting your Sim into another 4G android phone and test. May have to do this at a store . Vzw/ bestbuy.Do you have any other trouble with 4G data on it? Have warranty? Upgrade?

Everything else is fine, just my mms is not working properly. Yea, im going to have to wait 1-2 weeks to test it out on a diff phone.

If mine was down I'd just ask my friends for their email via sms as my mms is down and just do it that way.

Hi popncali - Let's get those picture messages working again! Are you getting any specific error messages? Did you have the opportunity to test MMS before restoring any application on the device?

No error, just forever in sending mode. Yes, samething still happen when it was still stock.

Have you tried removing the SIM card for a few minutes reassemble the phone and reboot? Replaced the SIM card itself?

i am having the exact same problem. can not send MMS, i have two galaxy nexus and they both will not work, it is very frustrating.

I definitely understand drando, it's important to be able to send MMS. Have you reset the app? If so, please make sure your wi-fi is off when you send the MMS and your data setting is ON. What's the error message you receive? Are you able to send text messages without a problem?

I would say I have the exact same issue that started at approximately the same time. I have made ten plus calls to tech with no resolution yet. They would reset the MMS on there end n mms would work from 2-12 hrs. I have replaced the sim worked for about 4hrs. Did a factory reset worked for about four hours. Replaced the phone twice same issue. Performed a second factory reset didn't restore any data worked for the same amount of time. Performed another factory reset this time created a whole new Google acct same result about 4hrs n quits working messages just say sending. Did some research last night found that when turning off automatically retrieve messages I can at least receive MMS now but have to download them. Still unable to send. Keep in mind all of the attempts were at the request of tech. Going on two months any help would be great. My research points towards an APN setting issues based on issues with other carriers n nexus ones???
