I pre-ordered a galaxy s10+ in prism blue 128gb yesterday has anyone devices shipped yet and will they be in by the 8th actually or will it take longer to be delivered
I am curious as well. Ordered S10+ Prism White. I was hoping it would ship early and I have it on Friday or before.
I was thinking about getting the white one. My dad's see got ship already they haven't even charge me for the plus yet and the order is all weird I'm my account so I'm all nervous that it got messed up. And the second is supposed to show up on the 7th. Nothing about the plus tho

my hasent shipped yet placed order on 3/3/19 i did a upgrade for the s10 + in blue hoping it will ship later today

I pre ordered on 2/21/19. I got a plus and an E. The e has shipped but other then the original order email the plus doesn't show up anywhere in my account or orsers. I tried to chat with verizon but the guy didn't seem to speak English very well and told me I'd get it on the 16th, yet it seems like people who ordered after have had theirs ship. This is the 2 time I've had issues ordering phones from Verizon. I could probably get a better deal switching back to att.
@Hiei3eye that's exactly what happened with me but the one guy told me I'm guaranteed to get it by Friday but I got a feeling the plus isn't coming in friday
I pre-ordered on the 27th and was told I would have on the 8th. It still hasn't shipped. I went to Verizon chat and they told me that it wouldn't ship until the 8th and I would get next week. Heck, I could go in the store and get it by then so what is the purpose of pre-ordering??

I'll be so mad if I don't have it by the 8th lol. I talked on the phone with someone tland they told me that my order was fine and I was guaranteed to received both phones by the 8th
There is a Reddit Thread that has people from Sprint receiving their S10 Plus on Monday. And 2 or 3 people from Verizon received their phones yesterday or today.I chose overnight shipping. Verizon shipped it FedEx 2 day shipping. It was shipped yesterday. I would have already had it today. But instead, Verizon chose to ignore my shipping preference.
I called Verizon to complain, and they said I need to call Fed Ex. That it is not Verizons responsiblity to get the shipping correct. And the representative said that I should be feel lucky that it shipped early. When I complaind about their horrible service, and said that my company might just have to switch to a different carrier, they said go ahead. -- oddly enough, I did not get a survey to fill out after that call.
As part of my business acccount, we get free overnight shipping. It is not really free shipping, My firm pays for that as part of our Business contract.
Anyway, it shipped Tuesday (March 5, 2019) morning, but wont be here until 8pm tomorrow.

Yes they finally took the money out of my account so hopefully it will be shipped today!

I ordered the S10 and added a new line for the S10+, and was promised delivery of both by the 8th. S10 was shipped but "customer service" lost the order for the S10+. They do not have an idea when I will get the S10+. Blamed Samsung. I'm very annoyed...
I still don't have any notification mine has shipped. How do people who ordered a few days ago have theirs and I got nothing when I pre-ordered on day one?

I was told my prism white s10+ won't ship until the 20th. I am so upset, received the prism black on the 8th as promised. I think I should be offered free next day shipping for this.
