Galaxy s4 not receiving calls

I just called my s4 from my work phone, with it sitting right in front of me with 3 bars of service, and it didnt ring. Not only did it not ring my phone didnt register the missed call, rang the normal amount then went to voice mail. Anyone else having this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

Noswall, I'd be just as concerned with my call not coming through either. Let's help ensure your calls come through.

Currently, are you able to send and receive text messages? Are you able to browse the internet without the use of WiFI?
